Andrew McCarthy

Andrew has led high performance marketing teams for more than 25 years. He was among the first 100 employees at Workday, where he built brand, advocacy, and communications - ultimately establishing a new Cloud HCM category.

Most recently, he led marketing for Lyra Health, positioning the company as the global leader in the new category of Workforce Mental Health services.

Andrew has also transformed brand and marketing for later stage companies, including Plex Systems and Workfront, ultimately leading to positive exits. At Ultimate Software, he led product and market strategy. He is recognized by peers and colleagues for exceptional leadership in high growth, high intensity organizations.

Dave Michaud

Dave has a proven track record creating categories, developing new markets, driving market leadership, and building world-class teams.

Most recently, he was CMO of Model N  and senior vice president of marketing at Plex, responsible for the performance of all marketing efforts. Dave previously led product marketing teams at Eloqua and Taleo, developing new categories and ultimately being acquired by Oracle.

Dave was also vice president of marketing at VMware helping establish the virtual computing category. And at PeopleSoft, he served as vice president of product marketing for all products and services worldwide.
